Las traducciones al español de literatura intercultural alemana

Abstract

Con este artículo pretendemos analizar el número y carácter de las traducciones al español de obras escritas en alemán por autores de origen emigrante, de la llamada “Migrantenliteratur”, sea cual sea su origen (Turquía, Irán e Italia son los principales países de origen de estos autores, pero hay muchas más procedencias), con el fin de delimitar los posibles factores editoriales de las mismas y determinar sus características. También analizaremos brevemente la presencia de esta literatura en el marcado editorial catalán.

This article sets out to analyse the number and nature of translations into Spanish of works written in German by emigrant authors from the so-called “Migrantenliteratur”, no matter where they originally came from (Turkey, Iran and Italy are the main countries where these authors came from, but there are many more). The paper aims to outline the possible publishing issues involved and determine their characteristic features. A brief analysis will also be made of the presence of this literature in the context of the Catalan publishing industry.
