La web semántica “Guerra e Historia Pública” y la transferencia del conocimiento

Abstract

La web semántica es una excelente herramienta para la transferencia y difusión del conocimiento y para la promoción del patrimonio cultural. Ofrece, además, muchas posibilidades para el trabajo colaborativo entre los profesionales de la investigación, docencia y el patrimonio cultural. En este texto se exponen las principales líneas de trabajo del proyecto "Guerra e Historia Pública", cuyo objetivo principal es la creación de una plataforma digital sobre la guerra de la Independencia española. Esta plataforma incluye una aplicación principal, la web semántica (https://www.guerra-historia-publica.es), que ofrece recursos inteligentes, todos ellos geolocalizados, y que pueden ser empleados desde distintos puntos de vista: docente, investigador, educativo y turístico. Al final del texto se presentan las conclusiones del trabajo realizado en dicha web.

The semantic web is an excellent tool for the transfer and dissemination of knowledge and for the promotion of cultural heritage. It also offers many possibilities for collaborative work among professionals in research, teaching and cultural heritage. This text presents the main lines of work of the project "Guerra e Historia Pública", whose main objective is the creation of a digital platform about the Spanish War of Independence. This platform includes a main application, the semantic web (https://www.guerra-historiapublica.es), which offers different smart resources, all of them geolocated, and which can be used from different points of view: teaching, research, education and tourism. The conclusions of the work carried out on this website are presented at the end of the text.
