Resumen: | El uso de internet entre los adolescentes es una práctica mayoritaria en toda Europa. España se sitúa a la cabeza, pero sólo uno de cada tres jóvenes españoles de entre 16 y 24 años sabe identificar las fuentes de lo que lee en redes sociales. La desinformación va en ascenso. Los objetivos de esta investigación se centran en analizar si existe una formación en Alfabetización Mediática e Informacional (AMI) en el sistema educativo español y si es adecuada. También se presenta cómo se ha introducido esta materia en algunos países referentes en la disciplina como Francia, Gran Bretaña y EE.UU. | Internet use among teenagers is a majority practice across Europe and Spain is at the forefront, but only one in three Spanish young people aged 16-24 can identify the sources of what they read on social networks. Disinformation or fake news is on the rise. The objectives of this research focus on analysing whether Media and Information Literacy (MIL) training exists in the Spanish education system and whether it is adequate. It also presents how this subject has been introduced in some of the leading countries in the discipline, such as France, Great Britain and the USA. |
