| Abstract: | Este trabajo presenta una reconstrucción del concepto de discrecionalidad, a partir de las nociones de libertad, de indeterminación del Derecho y del análisis de los distintos tipos de regulación normativa que pueden afectar al ejercicio de los poderes. | This paper aims to show a reconstruction of the concept of discretion. This will be examined from the notions of freedom, and indetermination of Law and from the analysis of the different kinds of normative regulations which may affect the exercise of powers. |
