| Resumen: | In this study one has taken to end an investigation on the constructive systems and the materials of construction used by the acquaintace architect Ricardo Bofill in the accomplishment of one of her first works on the coast of Alicante (Spain) as well as of the damages and alterations suffered by the abandon and the action of the sea, with offers for his recovery, since it is a question of a catalogued building of great architectural interest. |
