Los elementos atenuadores para expresar desacuerdo en el discurso oral de estudiantes ELE. Estudio cuantitativo

Abstract

Este estudio es la segunda parte del trabajo publicado anteriormente1 sobre los elementos atenuadores para la expresión de la opinión divergente desde una perspectiva pragmalingüística. Si la primera parte comprendía el estudio cualitativo del corpus analizado, en el presente trabajo presentamos un análisis desde un punto de vista cuantitativo. Dicho corpus está formado por 14 entrevistas entre el profesor-investigador y 14 estudiantes E/LE de diferente sexo y lengua materna. El objetivo de este trabajo es, en primer lugar, cuantificar los elementos atenuadores más utilizados por los estudiantes E/LE de nivel B1 en contexto de inmersión en el acto de habla disentivo, atendiendo a las variables de lengua materna y sexo; en segundo lugar, presentar las diferencias encontradas atendiendo a las variables anteriores, que incluyen entre otras el uso de una variedad más amplia de atenuadores por parte de los informantes de género masculino.

This study is the second part of a paper previously published about mitigating makers for the expression of diverging opinion from a pragmalinguistic perspective. If the first part covered the qualitative research of an analysed corpus, the present paper presents its analysis from a quantitative point of view. The mentioned corpus is formed by 14 interviews between the teacher-researcher and 14 students of Spanish as a second language of different sex and mother tongue. The aim of this paper is, first to quantify the mitigating elements used most by students of Spanish as a SL of B1 level in an immersion context during in the act of speech of disagreement, according to the variables of mother tongue and sex; and second, to present the differences found according to the previous variables, that include among others the use of a wider variety of mitigating makers by male participants.
