Cómo es y qué piensa el alumnado de compensación educativa

Abstract

La atención al alumnado con necesidades de compensación educativa se viene realizando en los centros escolares que desarrollan actuaciones que permiten prevenir y compensar las desigualdades educativas con el fin de que este alumnado, a través de estas acciones, pueda hacer efectivo el principio de igualdad en el ejercicio del derecho a la educación. En esta comunicación se reflejan parte de los resultados del estudio realizado sobre el alumnado de los centros de compensación educativa de la provincia de Alicante. Para ello se encuestó a los alumnos de sexto curso de educación primaria acerca de las características socio familiares de la unidad familiar en la que viven, su historia escolar y la ocupación que hacen del tiempo libre, y también se recabaron datos de opinión y valoración sobre ellos mismos, acerca de sus grupos de referencia y de su entorno más cercano. En relación a los resultados se presentan los datos de forma global considerando los resultados de todos los centros de compensación educativa estudiados, y también se analizan los mismos realizando una comparación entre las dos modalidades de compensación educativa estudiadas, la del alumnado que cursa en los Centros de Acción Educativa Singular (CAES) y el alumnado de los colegios que desarrollan Programas de compensación educativa, detectándose algunas diferencias significativas entre estos grupos.

With needs of educational compensation one comes the attention to the student body realizing in the school centers that they develop actions that allow to anticipate and to compensate the educational desigualdades in order which this student body, across these actions, could make the beginning of equality effective in the exercise of the right to the education. In this communication they reflect part of the results of the study realized on the student body of the centers of educational compensation of the province of Alicante. For it there were polled the pupils of sixth course of primary education partner brings over of the characteristics relatives of the familiar unit in which they live, his school history and the occupation that they do of the free time, and also there were obtained information of opinion and valuation on them themselves, it brings over of his groups of reference and of his more nearby environment. In relation to the results they present the information of global form considering to be the results of all the studied centers of compensation educational, and also the same ones are analyzed realizing a comparison between both studied modalities of educational compensation, that of the student body that it deals in the Centers of Educational Singular Action and the student body of the colleges that develop Programs of educational compensation, there being detected some significant differences between these groups.
