| The UNE 19602 standard on tax compliance is an essential element in promoting a true culture of tax compliance. The design and implementation of a tax risk prevention model by companies implies the acceptance of a transparent and cooperative relationship with the Tax Administration. In this way, the diligence proved by the implementation of a tax compliance model shows the absence of taxpayer’s guilt, justifying the liability exclusion in the administrative field. The good faith of the taxpayer, who opts for compliance, should mean the exemption from liability for lack of guilt. |
