La primavera disidente. Acciones artísticas en torno a la crisis académica del 2015 #UnaNoTeCalles

Abstract

La Universidad Nacional de Asunción ha sido un bastión en la formación universitaria en Paraguay, siendo parte de esta el Instituto Superior de Arte fundado en 1996 por la artista y pedagoga Olga Blinder. En el año 2015 el estallido de la protesta denominada #UnaNoTeCalles ha generado una crispación que repercute hasta la actualidad, de la cual las manifestaciones críticas fueron parte. En estas acciones se entremezclan posturas políticas y sociales, de las cuales el Instituto—por una ausencia de voluntad o mera indiferencia—, no se ocupa y de la cual un número reducido de estudiantes y profesores han protestado, embanderado una causa que creían justa: la reforma e innovación dentro de la misma.

The National University of Asunción has been a bastion in university education in Paraguay, being part of this the Superior Institute of Art founded in 1996 by the artist and educator Olga Blinder. In 2015 the outbreak of the protest called #UnaNoTeCalles has generated a tension that affects the present, of which critical actions were part of. These actions intermingle political and social positions, of which the Institute-by an absence of will or mere indifference-does not take care of and from which a reduced number of students and teachers have protested, emblazoning a cause that they believed fair: reform and innovation within the institution itself.
