Historia de las Takeshima/Dokdo: motivo de discordia entre Japón y Corea del Sur

Abstract

La presente investigación posee como objeto de estudio discernir el origen del conflicto de las islas Takeshima/Dokdo entre Japón y Corea del Sur. No en vano, dichas islas han sido motivo de tensión y de discordia entre ambos países a lo largo de sus relaciones contemporáneas. Este hecho, obviamente, ha implicado una considerable merma en sus relaciones y, por tanto, en la profundización de las mismas que, a su vez, impiden un cierto clima de estabilidad que propicie la cooperación y la seguridad en la región. En este sentido, y a modo de conclusión, nos plantearemos si existe la necesidad de llegar a un acuerdo entre ambas potencias asiáticas ante tal problemática.

The present investigation possesses like object of study to discern the origin of the conflict of the islands Takeshima/Dokdo between Japan and South Korea. No in vain, these islands have been reason of tension and of discord between both countries along their contemporary relations. This fact, obviously, has involved a considerable damage in his relations and, therefore, for to improve of these. Besides, this conflict to prevent a true climate of stability that help in the cooperation and the security in the region. In this sense, and as conclusion, we will pose us if it exists the need to arrive to an agreement between both Asian powers in front of such problematic.
