| es_ES |
dc.description.abstract | The integration of social networks into brand communication strategies has promoted conversation with users with regard to events with wide media coverage, a technique known as Real Time Marketing (RTM). This article analyzes RTM actions on social networks related to the 2018 Goya Awards. The posts on social networks from a selection of brands sponsoring the event are tracked, and the characteristics of the content of RTM relating to the 2018 Goya Awards are analysed. The results show that brands that invest in conventional communication actions to gain visibility in the advertising spots and broadcast of the gala do not leverage social networks to perform RTM actions and increase the visibility of their investment in communication. | es_ES |
