Sobre Teucrium × bicoloreum (Lamiaceae) y sus afinidades taxonómicas con algunos congéneres presentes en el territorio valenciano

Abstract

Se reivindica el nombre Teucrium × bicoloreum Pau ex C. Vicioso para el nototaxon producto del cruce natural entre T. expassum Pau y T. ronnigeri Sennen. Se comentan las relaciones morfológicas con ambos parentales y las afinidades taxonónicas con aquellos congéneres más estrechamente emparentado. Esta nueva interpretación permite separar a las plantas valencianas respecto del complejo de formas de distribución bética, tradicionalmente adscritas a T. bicoloreum auct. pl. non Pau ex C. Vicioso. Se aportan nuevos datos sobre su presencia en la Comunidad Valenciana y algunos aspectos relacionados con su ecología. Además, se describen dos nuevas notoformas: T. × bicoloreum nm. expassoides y nm. ronnigerioides. Conjuntamente, el estudio de abundante material de T. ronnigeri, ha permitido diferenciar algunas formas con características particulares que se describen bajo una nueva forma taxonómica para esta especie, T. ronnigeri f. pelliceri nov.

Teucrium × bicoloreum Vicious Pau ex C. Vicioso is applied to the hybrid produced from the natural crossing between T. expassum Pau and T. ronnigeri Sennen. Morphologic relationships with both parents and taxonomic affinities with those more closely related taxa are commented. This new interpretation allows segregation of the Valencian plants with regard to the complex of morphotypes from the Betic Mountain Ranges, traditionally assigned to T. bicoloreum auct. pl. non Pau ex C. Vicioso. Two new nothoforms are also described: T. × bicoloreum nm. expassoides and nm. ronnigerioides. New data of their presence in the Valencian Community and some aspects related to their ecology are added. The study of abundant material of T. ronnigeri allowed differentiation of some forms with particular characteristics that are described as T. ronnigeri f. pelliceri nov.
