We also extend the study in order to include the possibility of selecting and using different utilities, as well as the possibility of including unclassified streams. The study is based on the original compact formulation of the Pinch Location Method, where the ‘max’ operators have been modeled by means of a disjunction. This new model is very competitive, solving large problems in a reduced CPU time.
