Abstract: 
El presente trabajo pretende ser una reflexión a propósito del problema de la violencia de género en el ámbito de las relaciones de pareja. Para ello se toman como excusa algunas ideas sugeridas por la película Te doy mis ojos de Icíar Bollaín; en particular, las relativas al papel y los límites del Derecho como instrumento de lucha contra este tipo de violencia de género.
This work is a reflection about the problem of gender violence in the context of relationships. So are taken as excuse some ideas suggested by the movie Take my eyes of Icíar Bollaín; in particular, those relating to the role and the limits of the law as an instrument in the fight against this type of gender violence.
