Intervenciones textuales y modelos de lectura, del Yosippón castellano a los textos ibéricos del Grial

Abstract: 
El presente trabajo analiza un aspecto de la recepción de los relatos sobre historia antigua, profana y sagrada, en la península Ibérica durante el siglo XV. Para ello se tienen en cuenta las relaciones que se establecen entre las obras dedicadas a la historia de los judíos y la destrucción de Jerusalén, representadas por el Yosippón castellano y las leyendas sobre Vespasiano, así como las obras sobre el origen del Santo Grial, en concreto las versiones ibéricas de la Estoire del Saint Graal. Se concluye que todas ellas quedaban englobadas bajo un tipo de lectura nobiliario y caballeresco, que las interpretaba como textos de los que se podía extraer un cierto conocimiento de la Antigüedad, y a menudo entendidas como historiografía. Además, dicha interpretación condicionó el tratamiento que recibieron los textos citados, en los que se incorporaron envíos intertextuales con los que se reafirmaba la pertenencia de todos ellos a ese fondo narrativo común.
The present work deals with an aspect in the reception of the stories about ancient history -secular as well as sacred history-, in the Iberian Peninsula in the XVth Century. For this purpose, it have been taken into account the relationships stablished among the works that narrate the history of the Jewish people and the destruction of Jerusalem, represented by the Castilian Yosippon and the legends about the emperor Vespasian, and those other works about the origin of the Holy Grail, specifically the Iberian versions of the Estoire del Saint Graal. It is concluded that all these works agree with a noble and chivalric way of reading. For this reason they were interpreted as texts from which some knowledge of the Antiquity could be learned, just as they were understood to be historiographical works. In addition, this interpretation conditioned the treatment these texts received, in such a way as to incorporate intertextual references that reinforced their belonging to this common narrative background.
