Abstract: The influence of the ultrasonic intensity on the electrocrystallisation of lead dioxide on glassy carbon electrodes was studied in 1 mol dm-3 HNO3 + 0.1 mol dm-3 Pb(NO3)2. Chronoamperometry and numerical approximations of the current transients have been carried out in order to compare these results with those obtained in the absence of ultrasound. Results show different effects of the ultrasound power from those obtained with other variables like electrode potential.
