Resumen:	The purpose of this study was to synthesize the available empirical evidence on prelicensure nursing students’ medication errors. A systematic literature review of original research publications was carried out. After the selection process, only 19 articles complied with all the requirements for inclusion in this review. The findings showed that few studies to date have analyzed errors and near misses involving nursing students, and the current evidence suggests that the incidence of them is high.
