Abstract: Continuous changes in the real world implies the need of change in the curriculums of the students. Aspects such as leadership, team management, competitiveness, may be more important than the technical knowledge. On the other hand, new demands require a symbiotic relationship between business and university. In the article it presents an experience of a real integration project lead by professionals in the classroom.
