It was found that the redox reactions of DMcT are more reversible in [Emmim][NTf2] than in electrolytes dissolved in acetonitrile. Finally, it was found that the redox reactions of DMcT are surface sensitive on both bare and PEDOT modified Pt single crystal electrodes.
