Abstract: 
El presente comentario analiza la Sentencia del TJUE de 12 de marzo de 2015 la cual versa sobre la protección de la combinación de principios activos por medio de Certificados Complementarios de Protección. De ahí, que el objetivo del presente trabajo sea valorar su alcance, en particular, la posibilidad de solicitarlos en relación a una combinación de dos productos que son incluidos en una reivindicación posterior a concederse, inicialmente, una patente de base tras la modificación de la misma.
The comments analyses the judgement or the European Court of Justice of 12th March 2015 on the topic protection of combination of active ingredients of supplementary protection certificates (SPCs). Hence the aim of this work is to analyze the significations of this judgement, in particular possibility to order them in relation to a combination of two products that are included in a later claim to be granted, initially, a basic patent after modification thereof.
