Ante los nuevos tiempos de acción social y delictiva juvenil

Abstract

El presente artículo se centra en la descripción y análisis de datos ofrecidos por el INE (Instituto Nacional de Estadística de España), la recolección de sentencias judiciales y los datos obtenidos mediante la realización de historias de vida, a menores que en aquel momento, estaban cumpliendo medidas judiciales., con el fin de aportar soluciones a los cambios delictivos juveniles para su disminución. La muestra es la siguiente: 25 adolescentes que estaban cumpliendo medidas judiciales en medio abierto; el análisis de 132 sentencias, y tablas estadísticas del INE desde el año 2013 al más reciente, 2016.

This article focuses on the description and analysis of data offered by the INE (National Statistics Institute of Spain), the collection of court judgments and the data obtained through the realization of life stories, to minors who at that time, were complying with judicial measures, in order to provide solutions to juvenile crime changes for its reduction. The sample is the following: 25 adolescents who were complying with judicial measures in an open environment; the analysis of 132 sentences, and statistical tables of the INE from the year 2013 to the most recent, 2016.
