F.R. Leavis: bibliografía de sus estudios críticos

Abstract

It is the aim of this study to give a complete list of all the reviews, essays and books written by F. R. Leavis, one of the leading members of the editorial board of the periodical Scrutiny and perhaps the most controversial literary critic of this century. The bibliographical items have been arranged in a chronological order. A brief commentary on them has been included when it has seemed necessary to do so, above all in the light of the frequent textual changes Leavis undertook when he had to reprint some of his essays in book form. If the original sources are out of print or difficult to obtain, references to books where the items are reprinted are also made throughout this essay.
