Abstract

Estudio histórico-jurídico de la evolución de la institución consular de los reinos hispánicos en la República de Venecia durante los siglos XV-XVII, en el que se contemplan las tensiones provocadas por la paulatina subordinación de la representación consular frente a la misión diplomática permanente.

Historical-legal study of the evolution of the consular institution of the Hispanic kingdoms in the Republic of Venice during the 15th and 17th Centuries in which we can see the tensions provoked by the gradual subordination of the consular representation compared to the permanent diplomatic mission.
